Baumgarten's passing data at Leipzig RB

Leipzig RB has confirmed that the club's sporting director, Dieter Baumann, has left the club after six years in charge.

Baumann joined Leipzig RB in 2014 and was instrumental in building the club into one of Germany's top sides. Under his leadership, Leipzig RB won promotion to the Bundesliga in their first season, and have since gone on to win two Bundesliga titles and one DFB-Pokal.

However,Ligue 1 Express Baumann's time at Leipzig RB came to an end after he was unable to agree terms with the club over a new contract. The decision to part ways with Baumann comes as a surprise, given his success at the club.
